For this ET: Quake Wars tweaker I've totally re-written the tweaker concept to C#. The program allows you to increase the performance of the game without loosing tóo much of the graphical quality. Before making any changes, it creates a back-up of your current configuration. This Tweaker even allows you to modify your tweaked settings again if you're not satisfied, something that wasn't possible in previous ones (without restoring the back-up).

Just like the Quake IV Tweaker, you can choose which settings you want to enable, although some are required. Remember: this program only tweaks settings that aren't found in-game (aside from disabling shadows), so you can always disable some items yourself in the game menus to further increase performance.

Also, don't forget this application requires .NET Framework.
